Play Sudoku on your iphone
While I personally feel the iPhone has a way to go in terms of being opened up for application development, you can still play online web Sudoku on your iphone. It's really just web sudoku formated to fit the iphone screen with the addition of touch screen friendly navigation. I don't have an iphone to try it out, but here are some links to bookmark to play Sudoku on the go.
Warning: I do not own an iphone, so I have not tried these games with the touch screen interface. they work fine with a mouse, but your milage may very with the touch screen.
